In 1974, previously successful manager Brian Clough takes over England’s top football club, Leeds United. His abrasive approach and clear dislike of the players dirty style of play make it certain there is going to be friction. Glimpses of his earlier career help explain both his hostility to previous manager Don Rievie and how much his missing his usual right-hand man, Peter Taylor, who loyally decided to stay with Brighton & Hove Albion. The cast includes: Michael Sheen, Timothy Spall, Colm Meaney and Jim Broadbent.
