Wednesdays – Babes in the Library

Rhymes, tickles, bounces, and songs suitable for infants up to 18 months and their caregivers. Drop-in children’s programs start at 10:00 am in the Friends Place Meeting Room. Siblings are welcome!

 Do you need help to write a letter to your child's teacher, fill out a form, or send an email? Do you need help to understand documents you get in the mail? Or do you need help to write a resume or a cover letter. if you have written a resume or cover letter, bring it in and a tutor will check it over to make sure it says what you want it to say. we will not write it for you; we will just help you edit.

Parents and children (aged 5—12) have a snack and speak English as they learn together.  Families will work on English conversation, reading, computer and other skills they want to improve.  Free.
Priority given to newcomers.
You must pre-register for this class by calling 403-320-3133 or 403-320-4977 or by visiting the Read On offices, located in the Main Branch of the Lethbridge Public Library.

Sign them up for Mini-Tech Heads! This is a tech program that explores technology in all its forms including: circuits, basic coding, website design, game creation, robotics, and 3D printing.
Mini-Tech Heads is on a rotating schedule.

Schedule may be subject to slight changes or activity extensions depending on progress and participant's wishes.

This is a FREE and REGISTERED program. 
Registration is currently FULL. The next session of Mini Tech-Heads will take place in Spring (April - May) with registration opening in mid to late March.
