Hosted by Dr. Justin Blum (Drama)
Lethbridge Public Library Theatre Gallery - Free Admission

A dashing, slightly odd young man rents a room from a couple that has fallen on hard times. He seems like the solution to all of their problems, until his increasingly unusual behaviour makes them suspect that he may be the serial killer currently stalking the streets of London.
(UK / Alfred Hitchcock / 1927)

“The Lodger is that distinctive combination of death and fetishism, trick shots and music-hall humour, intense menace and elegant camerawork that assured Hitchcock’s place among cinema's giants.”
- Andrew Pulver

The Climate Horizon: A Lecture by Gwynne Dyer
When you talk to the people at the sharp end of the climate business, there is an air of suppressed panic in many of the conversations. We are not going to get through this without taking a lot of casualties, if we get through it at all.

This is the biggest crisis human beings have ever faced, and overcoming it will require an unprecedented level of global cooperation. But there may be a way through it.

UPDATE: All tickets are sold out.
