Drop in to discover ideas for your next project while meeting other stitchers. This is a great way to share techniques, get help, and show off your projects!! You must bring your own projects and supplies.

Suitable for knitting, crocheting, cross-stitching and needle point.

Learn about living in Lethbridge!  Once per month we will visit local events in our community such as a hockey game or the Galt Museum.  The other weeks will cover things that interest YOU like budgeting, the benefits of renting versus buying cars or houses, or any other topics you want to know about!
You must pre-register for this class by calling 403-320-3133 or 403-320-4977 or by visiting the Read On offices, located in the Main Branch of the Lethbridge Public Library.

 Is your child in grade 3 – 6 and struggling to keep up with school work? This program offered through the Frontier College will help your child to learn positive study skills through games and other activities. They will be able to work on their homework too.

 Are you asking the right questions? 
The degree to which a caregiver provides informatice feedback and asks inquisitive questions has a significant impact on children's learning, engagement, and motivation. High quality communication skills also increase frequency of back-and-forth exchanges between cargivers and children.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to identify and demonstrate effective stratefies in optimizing quality interactions with their preschoolers.
