These courses focus on speaking and  listening skills in a conversational setting.  Students will gain practice in being able to ask and answer questions with their peers.  Various  topics will be used to inspire conversation.

10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

First learn or review how to add, substract, multiply and divide. when you master those skills, move on to fractions decimals, ratios, rate and percent. these skills can help you
in daily life, on the job or with higher level math. A math assessment will be completed prior to registering.  

Limited to 6 students-30 registration fee. workbook fee of 10.00 may apply.

 Preschoolers play with toys from our Toy Collection, while their grown-ups enjoy coffee and conversation in the relaxed setting of Kids' Corner. Drop-in, self-directed, suitable for preschoolers and their caregivers.

Experiment and create with hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. This program is for kids in grades 1-5. This is a free and registered program.

Session 3 will begin January 10, 2020 and regsitration will open Wednesday Dec 11, 2019 at 9:30 am.

Want to direct the library’s future?

TAG helps the Teenbrarian create teen programs, build the teen collections, and guide future library projects. We meet once a month, and regular volunteers get a letter of recognition in June of the following school year.

This class is for people who are comfortable having conversations but want to learn slang, idioms and how to gosssip. you will practice listening as well as asking and answering questions with your peers.
