Poetry-Palooza

Friday, April 22, 2016 - 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Branch: Main Branch
Venue: Main Branch: Theatre Gallery

April is National Poetry Month, so we’re going to celebrate in style!

Pick a poem to share on our mini stage, write fanmail to Canadian poets, hide stealth poetry around the library, and play crazy poetry games.

Note:  This program is for teens in grades 7-12.

Library Program: Teen Programs

Every month, we run a bunch of fun, free teen programs at the library.  We do all sorts of crazy stuff:  movie marathons, crafting afternoons, Wii games on the big screen, board game challenges, magnetic poetry haiku death matches, drama workshops and more!

If you're in grades 7 - 12, you should join us for our awesome events.
Bring friends!  Eat snacks!  Win prizes!
