Theatre Gallery

Fixed seating 120 chairs. A mixture of chairs and tables can be provided – up to 8 tables. There is available counter space along the edge of the room for serving food and beverages. If the set up is non- fixed seating, the room can hold up to 180 people, as there is some seating area on ledges by the window.

• For Profit: $160.00 per 3 hour block
• Not for Profit: $75.00 per 3 hour block

Community Meeting Room

If set up boardroom style, it can accommodate 20 people with an oblong table arrangement. If just chairs are set up in this room – there is a capacity for 40 people. This includes room for a table up front for computer equipment.

• For Profit: $100.00 per 3 hour block
• Not for Profit: $50.00 per 3 hour block
