Using stories, newspaper articles, charts, graphs and class discussion, learn skills and strategies to improve reading ability , wiriting and oral communitcation.
this course could help you improve job prospects, and prepare for higher education. Suitable for students who are fluent in English or at CLB 5. An assessment will
be completed prior to registering.

Library Program: ESL Conversation Classes
These classes focus on speaking and listening skills in a conversational setting. Students will gain practice in being able to ask and answer questions in a peer setting. Various topics will be used to inspire conversation. Classes are limited to 10 students.
You must pre-register for these classes by calling 403-320-3133 or 403-320-4977 or by visiting the Read On offices, located in the Main Branch of the Lethbridge Public Library.
Priorty will be given to Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizens. TFW's may be elidible to join classes Check with Read On Staff.
A registration fee of $30.00 applies.
These classes will not run on days that the library is closed.
