This class helps prepare you to write the listening and speaking modules of the CELPIP test to become a Canadian Citizen.  If you are writing to become a Permanent Resident, please note that this class does not cover writing and reading skills (see IELTS Preparation Class if you will need these skills).  It is strongly recommended you take the Keyboarding skills class if you are not a strong typist.





Library Program: CELPIP Preparation Classes

This class helps prepare you to write the listening and speaking modules of the CELPIP test to become a Canadian Citizen.  If you are writing to become a Permanent Resident, please note that this class does not covering writing and reading skills (see IELTS Preparation Class if you will need these skills).  It is strongly recommended you take the Keyboarding skills class if you are not a strong typisit.
To take this class:

  • You must have a minimum of CLB4 in listening and speaking
  • You must be comfortable using a computer
  • a registration fee may apply
  • You must be writing the CELPIP exam with the year
You must pre-register for these classes by calling 403-320-4977 or by visiting the Read On offices, located in the Main Branch of the Lethbridge Public Library.
Priorty will be given to Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizens.  TFW's may be elidible to join classes   Check with Read On Staff.
A registration fee $30.00 applies.  
These classes will not run on days that the library is closed.
