Teen Reads

Tuesday, May 28, 2019 - 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Branch: The Crossings Branch
Venue: The Crossings Branch: Fireplace Area

Calling all teen readers – our newest book club is just for you!

Read any book that fits our monthly theme, and then hang out with the club by the fireplace (with cookies!) to talk about our books. Anyone in grades 7-12 is welcome, and we can’t wait to hear about what you’ve read!

March - a book by a woman for International Women's Day
April - a novel-in-verse or poetry for Poetry Month
May - a book about family connections
June - a book by an Indigenous author

Library Program: Teen Programs

Every month, we run a bunch of fun, free teen programs at the library.  We do all sorts of crazy stuff:  movie marathons, crafting afternoons, Wii games on the big screen, board game challenges, magnetic poetry haiku death matches, drama workshops and more!

If you're in grades 7 - 12, you should join us for our awesome events.
Bring friends!  Eat snacks!  Win prizes!
