Computer Access

Starting July 2 limited computer use access will be available 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Saturday:

  • Main Branch: Line up at our 5th Ave. entrance. There will be a limit of 10 customers per appointment time. 
  • Crossings Branch: Enter through the North entrance and proceed to lineup. There will be a limit of 5 customers per appointment time. 

Each appointment will be 45 minutes in length and run on the hour starting at 10 a.m. with the last appointment starting at 3 p.m.

Computer access will be closed from noon – 1 p.m. for area disinfecting.

Appointment times will be assigned by Library staff at the Computer Use Access lineup, and security will escort customers in and out of the building at the start and end of each appointment time.

Computers will be available to those who arrive on a first-come, first-served basis, however if a time slot fills up, passes with assigned times will be provided as needed.

The Crossings Branch will have both walk-in and bookable computer access availablility, but customers are encouraged to book in advance when possible.

Only 1 appointment per person per day. Please bring your own headsets. 

Next-day reservations can be requested and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If you require special accommodation please call 403-320-4102 (Main Branch) or 403-320-4037 (Crossings Branch). 

Printing will be available and managed by staff. There will be no fee for the first 5 pages printed per day per person.

Technology assistance will be available via remote solutions for in-Library desktop computers. 

Hand sanitizer will be available. Please follow physical distancing requirements.
