Need a break? Want to feel better about your life?

Drop by the Main Branch the last Friday afternoon of every month at 3pm for tips on self-care and mental health. The experts from Community LINKS will be on hand with their best advice, and we'll have snacks, games, and art projects to help everyone relax.

We meet by the Teen Zone, and anyone in grades 7-12 is welcome!

  • November 29 - yoga, breathing, and easing anxiety
