Join us during the month of May for Mental Health awareness week and month, as the Lethbridge Public Library Indigenous Services team will be hosting a Medicine Wheel Workshop each week at the downtown Main Branch, highlighting the four sacred elements of the Medicine Wheel: Physical, Spiritual, Mental and Emotional. Guest Speakers will be presenting each week on Monday evenings at 6pm to share resources and techniques to assist with Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual aspects of wholistic well-being, to help promote a healthy positive lifestyle.

Week Three Tuesday May 21 - Emotional element - Guest Speaker: Family Information Liaison, Janice Randhile to share resources available to support Missing Murdered Indigenous Peoples (MMIP) families. Community guest speakers to share their inspirational stories of what has helped them successfully navigate their mental health journeys.
